Gymnastics is a body exercise on the floor or device designed to increase endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and self-control. One of them exercise, this also has various kinds movements that are not easy do, for example, movement flick flack. Beginner athletes in PERSANI, Medan City have mastered properly flack due limited tools costs from PERSANI so coach innovate with existing tools. The population study were 9 Siahaanathletes Gymnastic Club, 5 Windy's Clubathletes, 2athletesathlete Star Kids Club 1 QA 2020. Training tool was validated first by experts, 3 experts sports, field equipment / media, coaches, where average percentage value validity 81.8%, thus according they get "Good Feasible" category. method used development research (Research Development R & D). results small group trial involved 14 athletes, 5athletes Wendy's training can be concluded it meets criteria continued large trials. 17 Siahaan 2 athletes. 1athlete met helping From validation tool, test needed practice flick.
